One of our greatest strengths is our team of fun, goofy and creative Future People.
A fun group of individuals to think and work with. People from all walks of life and different international background, but one thing in common: we LOVE new concepts and ideas. That’s it. Without it, we cannot blossom.
We believe in true value creation by combining talent, great ideas and fun!
“I live in the Future… here’s how it works” (Nick Bilton, writer).
Mihaela’s favorite question is “what if”, and as she puts it “the future is not defined yet, so there are only opportunities!” She is interested in the designing new product/services concepts, applying design and creative thinking methods to develop alternatives and positive alterations to existing solutions.
After graduating her Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Management, Mihaela started her own venture, which gave her a first-hand perspective on the difficulties that start-ups have to deal with along the way. Her entrepreneurial drive and passion for innovation brought her to Amsterdam, where she specialized in Entrepreneurship and Innovation Management, focusing her master’s graduation project on motivational factors for participation in crowdsourcing innovation.
